You can get help with your hosting account in a variety of ways:

Online tutorials

I have prepared a series of tutorials that demonstrate common administration tasks for your hosting account. You may view them by selecting the Tutorials option from the menu.

Please note that you will require a browser that supports Macromedia Shockwave Flash files to view the tutorials. The tutorials page will help you to install or upgrade Flash if necessary. If you find you cannot view the tutorials page, please choose the Get Flash menu option for more information.

Control panel help

Your hosting account control panel contains a comprehensive help system. By selecting Help from the control panel, you can get assistance that is relevant to the task you are currently undertaking.

You can also view the help pages by choosing Admin Help or User Help from the menu. If you are the hosting account (site) administrator, you should:

• Review the Quick-start guide for Site Administrators, in the Admin Help pages. This summarises the tasks that you will have to complete in order to use your hosting account.
  
  
• Review the User Help pages. There are certain important tasks that can be completed only from the User Control panel. If you can't find and administrative function in the Site Control panel, please check the User Control Panel before rasing a support request!
